Our platform provider had a sudden spike in load on the main database serving frontend services. The problem caused sudden unexpected crash of our frontend services also.
A fix was put into place late on Tuesday for the platform itself, but requires us to hotfix our codebase to get us up-and-running again. This work is now ongoing and we expect to be up again by end-of-day Wednesday 4th of June.
We sincerely apologize for this extended downtime and we’ll be working hard to make sure this will not happen again.
We will update on the situation here as the rollout of the fix progresses.
